Standard orders are mailed within 1-2 business days. For custom orders, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase price for the product. By Hand Goods will accept returns of non-damaged/unused goods if we are notified within one (1) week after you receive the merchandise. A refund, less original shipping costs and will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part. Returned merchandise shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if an exchange is being made, we will cover shipping cost for the new merchandise. Please email us before returning merchandise at byhandgoods@byhandgoods.com.
